Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bayoro Catering & Consulting, based in Atlanta, GA. We offer both physical and digital products, and are committed to delivering your order with care and transparency.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Methods & Rates

All orders are shipped via USPS. We offer a flat-rate shipping fee to keep things simple:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight and packaging requirements. Orders are shipped with protective materials to ensure safe delivery, especially for glass-packaged items.

Pre-Orders

We are currently accepting pre-orders for select products. These items are scheduled to begin shipping on August 13, 2025. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order may ship together unless otherwise noted.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on location and USPS service times.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery via the USPS tracking portal.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team at help.bayorocatering@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and any relevant photos if applicable. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Local Pickup or Delivery

We do not currently offer local pickup or delivery. All orders are shipped via USPS.
