Return & Exchange Policy

At Bayoro Catering & Consulting, we take pride in the quality of our products and service. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We do not accept returns on any physical or digital products.
Exchanges for Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, we’re happy to offer a one-time exchange for the same product. To be eligible for an exchange:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Email us at help.bayorocatering@gmail.com before sending anything back
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not reimburse original shipping charges.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless damaged during delivery:
- Opened or used food products (sauces, condiments, seasonings)
- Digital downloads or virtual products
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any products. Exchanges are provided only for damaged items that meet the criteria listed above.
